Ginger Sesame Dressing
Pass on the store-bought salad dressings that are loaded with preservatives and unwanted sugar. You’ll also save money in the process and that’s always a win in my book!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp tamari, gluten free kind if necessary
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
Here are your instructions:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar and whisk until combined.
Use dressing on your favorite salad!
Recipe Notes
Dressing stays good in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You may have to let it sit on the counter for a few minutes before using it since the oil can harden a bit in the refrigerator.
