Strawberry & Kale Smoothie
No time to cook but need a quick pick me up? Whip up this smoothie in just a couple of minutes! Want to make it a meal in a cup? Add one scoop of Shakeology (get yours under the nutrition tab at www.TheFitVegetarian.com) and you’ll be amazed at how satisfied your stomach (and taste buds) will be!
- 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 heaping cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 packed cup fresh kale leaves
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe peeled banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter
- Dash ground cinnamon
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend it, baby!
Pour into 2 glasses.
