Crustless Spinach Cheese Pie
Low on carbs but high on flavor. This spinach pie will have you saying “Yes, please!”
- 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed, squeezed and drained (or use wilted down fresh)
- 5 eggs beaten
- 2 1/2 cups cheese any kind (I used a fiesta blend)
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Slice and serve after cooling for about 5-10 minutes.
