Idalis is a NASM-certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and trusted fitness and lifestyle expert based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Idalis grew up in Puerto Rico, where she was nationally ranked as a track-and-field athlete for a decade, until a series of medical setbacks put a sudden end to her active lifestyle. But after getting married and giving birth to two children, she discovered that she needed more energy to keep up with her young daughters—and that gave her the motivation to start moving again.
