Delicious & Healthy Baked Pears

Craving something sweet but don’t want to ruin your progress by going overboard with refined sugar? Don’t worry… I got your back! This recipe uses nature’s candy (aka fruit) to satisfy your sweet tooth. BONUS: It’s fancy enough to serve at your next dinner party and your guests won’t know that you whipped it up in no time!

  • 2 large ripe pears
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. raw organic honey
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts


Here are your instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Slice the pears in half, and place on a baking sheet (inside facing up)

  3. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, top with walnuts, and drizzle 1/2 tsp. honey over each pear.

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove, cool, and enjoy!
