Ingredients:

  • 1-4 Bananas
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-low heat.

  2. Oil the grill grates well so the banana doesn’t stick.
(Note: you can also use a skillet for this. Just add coconut oil or grass-fed butter to prevent sticking.)

  3. Keeping the peel on the bananas, cut each banana in half lengthwise.

  4. Drizzle each half with lemon juice.

  5. Place banana halves on the grill with the cut side down.

  6. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

  7. Remove bananas from the grill, peel them, sprinkle with cinnamon (and a little raw honey if you want), and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Optional: a drizzle of raw, organic honey
(skip this if you’re serving to infant/toddler-aged children)
