Lemon Tahini Dressing
Pass on the store-bought salad dressings that are loaded with preservatives and unwanted sugar. You’ll also save money in the process and that’s always a win in my book!
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3-6 tablespoons warm water, depending on how thick you want the dressing
Here are your instructions:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar and whisk until creamy. You may need to add a little more water if you would like a thinner consistency.
